Lemento nominated for HR Excellence Award 2012 – employer branding

Lemento was nominated for the HR Excellence Award 2012 in the category Best Employer Branding & Communication Company. This nomination came as a result of a customer satisfaction and reputation survey on HR service suppliers with 1350 HR decision takers and the CEO’s of 750 of Belgium’s largest employers. According to Tom Vanderbauwhede, managing director, Lemento was nominated because ‘over recent years our clients asked us to strategically and creatively support their employer branding. These same clients have now nominated us, which is a boost for the entire team. It is a sign that we are on the right track as a new player in this field and that our innovative approached is appreciated.’ The award ceremony takes place on 15 November during a gala at Genval.
