Lemento is a communications agency that specialises in corporate, employer and internal branding: consultancy, brand and name creation, online and offline communication and brand management for business-to-business, government and social profit organisations. Lemento was founded in september 2000 and is based in Antwerp.

Virtual teams

Lemento only works with virtual teams. The team members are mainly consultants, project managers, graphic designers and web developers. Lemento is led by Tom Vanderbauwhede. Tom graduated in Applied Economics at the Ghent University (Belgium). He also obtained an MBA at the renowned Vlerick Business School (Belgium). He's now going after a master Strategic Change Management & Leadership at the Utrecht Business School (The Netherlands). After years of working as a commercial manager of a medium-sized company and as a managing director of an internet start-up, Tom established the communication agency Lemento.
